Flying Horse Bakery is owned and operated by Kelly Moore. Kelly is a life long horse lover, horse owner and Horse Show competitor. She competes on both the AQHA and USEF Horse Show circuits. She shows hunters and jumpers. Two of her horses are AQHA World Champions.
Kelly grew up in Kansas. Her family has been in the cattle and horse business for years. She now resides on her horse farm, Precious Acres in Ocala, Florida, Horse Capital of the world. It seems appropriate to her to have a horse edible/treat business in the Horse Capital of the world.
Flying Horse Bakery was originally created by Kelly and her friend Katie Glynn, also a horse enthusiast and an attorney. Both wanted to be in a business together that was involved in the horse world. When they realized they wanted to create Healthy Edibles for horses, they painstakingly took their time in developing a recipe the horses loved. They successively accomplished that endeavor and the rest is history. Kelly took over the business. Katie is a great support and promoter of Flying Horse Bakery.
